Our Batam facility comprises a sales office, machine shop, propeller finishing and an inspection department.
Our propeller repair technicians can undertake repairs within our facility whether it is minor damage, pitch adjustment or a major repair.
Repaired propellers will be fully polished, balanced and have an MRI report.
The machine shop is equipped with an extensive range of CNC machinery capable of turning shafts, couplings, stern tubes, brackets, rudders and ancillary propulsion parts.
Our experienced sales team supports customers to identify the optimum designs for new builds and refits and supply products designed in the UK and manufactured in our Batam manufacturing plant or from a sister company within the Teignbridge Group. The Batam factory has class approvals from BKI, DNV, Rina, CCS, LRS and BV and is approved by the Indonesian Navy and Coast Guard.
